Clinical: 38 year old man with 2nd MTP pain
Findings: OA of the 2nd MTP joint manifested by full thickness chondral loss, subchondral sclerosis, subchondral edema, and joint effusion. Secondary AVN of the 2nd metatarsal head noted. Intact plantar plate.
