Clinical: Ankle pain and stiffness. Clinically diagnosed peroneal spastic flat foot. Possible coalition.
Dx: Fibrocollagenous coalition between the anterior process of the calcaneus and the navicular (calcaneonavicular coalition). There is mild sclerosis, mild irregularity, and mild bone edema at the synchondrosis.
