Myocardial Bridge
- Incidence 20-30% in large CCTA series
- Anatomic series: 15-85%
- Angiographic series: 0.5-2.5%
- Usually clinically silent but can result in atypical angina, unstable angina, MI, arrhythmias, and even sudden death
- MB predisposes patients to atherosclerotic lesions proximal to the MB
