Shoulder: Labral Tear and Cyst

Clinical: 31 y/o male with shoulder pain and weakness.

Dx: Extensive labral tear involving the superior, posterosuperior, posterior, and inferior labrum which includes superior and posterior labral detachment.  There is a large paralabral ganglion cyst extending medially from the posterosuperior glenoid into the spinoglenoid notch and suprascapular notch.  There is associated acute denervation of the infraspinatus muscle.
