Position Summary

Sub-Specialty: Body Imaging

Diversified Radiology is seeking a fellowship-trained Body Imaging Radiologist to join our daytime segment team. This position will work nearly exclusively at Rose Medical center and Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center, allowing the candidate to develop professionally within a hospital-based radiology department and cultivate relationships with referring clinicians with staff. Join a sub-specialized core of radiologists within a larger private practice. This applicant will work alongside a group of four other body imagers to service two hospitals with complex body imaging studies such as: liver transplant, bone marrow transplant, complex GI and neuroendocrine tumor service lines, bariatric studies, and numerous collaborative tumor boards. Almost all fluoroscopy studies and needle work is performed by PAs.

The Diversified Radiology daytime core radiologists provide sub-specialty reads during standard working hours with minimal call and does not require overnight shifts. Diversified provides 24/7 radiology coverage for our hospital partners across the country in varied shift schedules to maintain exemplary diagnostic during daytime and after hours. Diversified Radiology values sub-specialty care with our radiologists focusing almost exclusively on sub-specialty reads. For this reason, the body imaging radiology position does not include neuro, pediatric, mammo, or interventional radiology. We staff all of our local partner hospitals and outpatient imaging centers with sub-specialty coverage internal to Diversified Radiology.

This position is also a partnership track opportunity. Participation in group committees and continual growth is encouraged. In addition, Diversified offers internal moonlighting opportunities, if desired.

Body Imaging / Emergency Radiologist Position Requirements

• Fellowship trained
• ABR Board Certified or, if recent graduate, Board Eligible
• General diagnostic radiology skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with comfort speaking with ordering physicians as needed
