Knee: Intraosseous Lipoma and Synovial Chondromatosis of a Popliteal Cyst

36 Y/O Male with Acute Abdominal Pain
CT shows dusky SB enhancement with some irregular mesenteric swirling with mesenteric edema around the “dusky” loops. DX: SB ischemia succesfully treated with emergent surgery, no SB resection needed. Take home point is don’t let the age of the pt fool you.
Shoulder: Labral Tear and Cyst
