19 yo male with 3 wks of HA’s.  He’s a boxer and may have had a concussion in the past. Not a diagnostic dilemma, but most consistent with a rather large DVA.  We’ve seen a few of these that cause unilateral deep grey dystrophic calcification, presumably from chronic venous ischemia.
