Surfer’s Ear

History:  56-year-old gentleman  with “intermittent sinus congestion, which he thinks is exacerbated by surfing and is improved with sinus rinses after surfing.” Exostosis of External Auditory Canal (Surfer’s Ear) Bilateral circumferential narrowing of the EAC in someone who is repeatedly exposed to cold water. Can cause conductive hearing loss if severe. Ddx: osteoma.
